Note from the owners:

Hello and soon to be season's greetings to all. As I sit to craft this newsletter, the season's first snow is flying outside my window, much to the chagrin of my southern roots. Regardless of my despair, this phenomenon is hallmark of the coming winter wonderland that will soon surround us. With this in mind, Deborah and I want to thank you, our loyal clientele for yet another strong winterization and storage season. Your continued patronage and support is what keeps us in business! Thank you again. As for the season,

we are almost finished with customer pick-ups and about the 70% complete with all winterizations, services and getting all your boats into storage. And, for several years in a row now our indoor winter storage facility has completely sold out! If you are one of the procrastinators such as myself, and have yet to bring your boat in for winterization and storage, or to schedule your service call because you are hopeful of one last cruise, the healthy lady in the corner is warming up and will soon begin her swan song. As such, please be sure to call us soon as to avoid possible damage to your engines, jet pumps, live-wells and lower units.

December 6th marks the 41st annual Kinsmen Club of Peterborough Santa Claus Parade! Please plan to join us, our staff and their families for this time cherished event! See for the parade route and best viewing opportunities.

Speaking of snow, winter storage, and Santa Claus, that can mean only one thing.... the 2015 Toronto International Boat Show is just around the corner! Paris Marine will represent in full force again at this year's show with displays in Cobalt, Scout, Sylvan and the Kawartha's newest "crown jewel", Crownline Boats! Please visit the show's website below for specific details regarding dates, times, displays and attractions, and make special note of the Children's Charity event that kicks off the show on Friday evening, January 9th. It is a great way to support the Children's Charity and view the latest offerings within the boating industry without the chaotic crowds that we sometimes see during normal show hours.

Finally folks, fall is the absolute best time of year to secure your new boat for next season. Contrary to popular belief, our best selection of inventory comes in the fall; because we carry the best lines of boats within the Kawarthas, our inventory selection gets very slim during the spring and summer months. Not only will you find a better selection, we are also able to provide our greatest discounts at this time of year for several reasons. First, the more boats we can sell before the new year allows us to plan more aggressively for the coming season which affords additional incentives from manufacturers. Second, additional turnover in the off-season provides further cost savings to us as we reduce our floor plan interest charges. As such, we can, and will gladly pass these savings along to you. Additionally, trading your boat in the fall equates to greater savings to you in many ways such as the avoidance of another

year of depreciation, the added risk of more repairs as the winter months are not always kind to idle boats, and the possibility to avoid paying for another winterization and storage bill. Last, but definitely not least, securing your boat in the fall guarantees the earliest spring delivery possible. Instead of waiting on your new boat to be delivered, you can already be enjoying time on the water!
If a new boat is within your wheelhouse for the coming season and your plan is to wait for the boat show, or the spring to "pull the trigger", please give us a call so we can discuss the particulars to your situation and assist you in discovering additional savings that you may not be aware of.

As I sign off I want to again extend our most sincere gratitude to each and every one of you for another outstanding season.

Very Respectfully,
Deborah and Joe Lineberry
